In plain English, for you and for whoever approves the tools your business uses.
Your sign-up details (name, work email) and the CVR figures your team enters or imports: jobs, monthly value and cost, accruals, variations and settings. An imported spreadsheet is read, and only the figures are kept; the file itself isn't stored.

Only the members of your team: people who sign up with a work email and accept an invitation from your team. We don't sell or share it.
Your figures are never used to train any AI model. Every number in the tool is calculated by our own code. AI never sets a value, decides how much to recognise or forecasts cost to complete.
If you import your own spreadsheet and ask for a suggested mapping, the AI service (Anthropic) is sent your column headings and text labels only, with every number hidden. It suggests which column is which; you confirm it, and our code reads the figures. Anthropic doesn't use what it's sent through its API to train models.
A team owner can delete all of the team's CVR data at any time from Your data. It is removed at once from the live system and drops out of backups as they expire. Export to Excel first if you want to keep a copy.
